Homeinjamaica.com has one main function, collect properties that are currently selling in Jamaica and present it to you. We also provide you with detailed information on how the Jamaica real estate industry operates and what is currently going on.

Home in Jamaica began out of the spirit of entrepreneurship and slight boredom, after completing university and awaiting employment. The idea was to build a real estate website for Jamaicans to advertise properties online. This evolved over time as my understanding of the Jamaican real estate industry increased, through my participation in courses such as the Real Estate Salesman’s Course #100H at the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2008.

As such homeinjamaica.com has become the web application that now allows persons to search for Jamaican real estate online as well a tool that analyze local real estate data.
